Company Overview
Infocion is a dynamic AI enterprise focused on developing and implementing autonomous Agentic AI systems tailored to Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Central to our offerings is Infocion Aegis™, a versatile AgenticOps platform that governs autonomous AI deployments across various models like Claude, Gemini, and Llama, functioning seamlessly in both cloud and on-premises settings. As a proud member of the Claude Partner Network, Infocion specializes in delivering real-time governance, unalterable audit trails, and stringent compliance aligned with FDA, HIPAA, and GxP mandates. Our lean engineering team excels at swiftly and cost-effectively producing custom proof-of-concept solutions, granting our commercial squad a distinct competitive edge.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Strategic Growth with a solid network in Life Sciences to lead enterprise adoption of our Agentic AI products and to establish Aegis™ as the gold standard for autonomous AI governance. This is a founding-level, business development role suitable for a senior leader with active, trusted C-suite and VP contacts within Pharma, Biotech, and large Healthcare networks. The position offers an aggressive, founder-based compensation plan, and is available in fractional or part-time formats for candidates who can promptly utilize their connections to initiate conversations at the executive level.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of senior commercial leadership experience selling advanced AI, enterprise data platforms, or digital solutions directly to Pharma, Biopharma, Biotech, or prominent Health Systems.
- A current, trusted network of top-level decision makers across R&D, Clinical Trials, IT, and Commercial operations.
- Demonstrated success in initiating, structuring, and closing high-value, six- and seven-figure enterprise technology deals.
- In-depth familiarity with regulatory and operational challenges such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and HIPAA that often hinder AI implementation.
- Adaptability to early-stage, equity- and performance-driven environments with direct impact on corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a new enterprise sales pipeline encompassing all stages from outreach to deal closure targeting significant Healthcare and Life Sciences opportunities.
- Utilize executive-level contacts to introduce Infocion and Aegis™ within active enterprise AI initiatives.
- Present clear value propositions of Aegis™, emphasizing our membership in the Claude Partner Network and how it addresses governance and liability challenges in deploying autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver rapid, customized minimum viable products (MVPs) for potential clients using our agile engineering resources.
Compensation Details
- Phase 1 (Pre-Milestone): An exceptional uncapped commission rate between 15% and 25% on revenues earned up to the initial $200,000, coupled with founding-member equity options contingent on performance.
- Activity-Based Equity: Ongoing modest equity awards for verified weekly executive engagement activities such as qualified meetings and active pipeline development, rewarding meaningful network involvement prior to deal closure.
- Phase 2 (Post-Milestone): After exceeding $200,000 in revenue, the role incorporates a competitive executive base salary plus a tiered, uncapped commission structure.
- Total compensation potential for top performers can reach approximately $600,000 annually, driven by enterprise growth achievements.
