Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of technical architecture, product roadmap, and engineering quality standards.
• Recruit, build, and manage a high-caliber software engineering team operating internally.
• Enhance software deployment velocity, stability, and overall code quality.
• Implement AI-driven engineering practices across development cycles.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations leadership to align engineering output with business goals.
• Decrease reliance on external development vendors by strengthening internal capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable leadership experience managing engineering teams, ideally within fintech or mission-critical systems.
• Deep expertise in system architecture and robust software engineering methodologies.
• Hands-on technical leader who remains actively involved in coding and problem solving.
• Experienced in scaling engineering teams and designing foundational engineering processes.
• Familiarity with AI-native engineering workflows and practical use of AI tools in software development.
• Background in dynamic, startup or founder-driven companies preferred.
• Technical proficiency in Python and React is a significant plus.
