Overview
An ambitious, well-funded investment platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to help build a new generation of technology-focused products. This is a senior, high-impact opportunity for someone who can lead capital formation and investor engagement for a portfolio of transformative initiatives.
Role Summary
The selected leader will own the capital-raising agenda from start to finish and serve as the key link between the business and international investors. The position calls for strategic thinking, strong execution, and the ability to shape how the company positions itself in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive fundraising activity across equity, debt, and structured financing structures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Take responsibility for the investment story, presentation materials, and ongoing communications with investors.
- Manage due diligence workstreams and oversee data room preparation and coordination from beginning to end.
- Guide senior leadership on capital strategy, deal structuring, and the timing of fundraising rounds.

Candidate Profile

Experience in technology, venture funds, or alternative assets is highly valued, as is the ability to pair financial discipline with persuasive storytelling.
