Role overview
Atlantic Building Components & Services, Inc. is looking for a Vice President of Sales to guide the sales organization and expand revenue across all territories. This leadership role is responsible for shaping sales direction, turning plans into action, tracking results, and improving processes so the team can meet wider business goals.
What you'll do
- Direct the sales team and support steady revenue growth in all covered markets.
- Build and refine sales strategy, planning, and execution.
- Set sales goals and monitor team performance against targets.
- Improve sales processes to help the business operate more effectively.
- Coach and develop sales representatives to strengthen overall team performance.
- Maintain important customer relationships and support long-term account growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and additional market segments.
Industry and location requirements
Prior experience in the truss or building materials industry is mandatory. After joining, the selected candidate must reside in one of the company's existing markets.
