- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring precise forecasting, opportunity oversight, and detailed reporting through Salesforce.
- Expand and manage important accounts by advancing ties with healthcare systems, hospitals, academic entities, and opinion leaders.
- Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing, managing complex discussions and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree; an MBA or advanced business qualification is advantageous.
- Have at least 10 years of progressive sales leadership overseeing large regions with substantial revenue budgets.
- Exhibit proven experience in radiation oncology, medical devices, healthcare technology, or related healthcare sectors.
- Show consistent success in steering regional sales strategies, crafting high-performing teams, and surpassing sales objectives.
- Demonstrate skill in executive selling, complex negotiation, strategic account management, and fostering multi-year alliances.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and performance analytics.
- Maintain well-established connections with hospitals, healthcare providers, physicians, and senior decision makers.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, organization, and project leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to inspire diverse teams and manage multiple strategic initiatives within a dynamic environment.
- Ready and able to travel up to 50% regionally.
