About DoorLoop
DoorLoop is transforming property management by providing an AI-integrated software platform designed for innovative property management teams. With offices in Miami, New York City, and Tel Aviv, we offer a global solution that enables property owners and managers to operate more efficiently and scale effectively. As a Certified Great Place to Work recognized by Forbes among America’s Best Startup Employers for 2024 and 2025, and highly rated on Glassdoor, DoorLoop puts its people first.
Mission and Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization, including management and enablement teams. This role requires active involvement in building and executing an upmarket sales strategy focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals while maintaining excellence in our inbound SMB sales engine. This position demands hands-on leadership, detailed funnel analysis, disciplined forecasting, and coaching in a fast-paced environment. This is a critical role for someone aiming to elevate an already high-performing sales force as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the end-to-end upmarket sales motion including pipeline management, forecasting, hiring, and deal assessment.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor upmarket sales managers and their teams to establish a repeatable growth model.
- Generate consistent pipeline through targeted inbound, outbound, account-based marketing (ABM), and event-driven initiatives.
- Set and enforce standards for multi-stakeholder, complex sales deals and ensure executive engagement.
- Maintain rigorous weekly forecasting with clear commitment standards.
- Enhance deal quality by improving qualification processes, discovery, forecast accuracy, monetization, average deal size, and contract terms.
- Optimize inbound SMB sales KPIs such as demo show rates, conversion ratios, and deal sizes without affecting velocity.
- Lead regular coaching and enablement programs including weekly one-on-ones with managers and reps focused on outcomes.
- Oversee centralized sales enablement, mentoring enablement managers, prioritizing impactful programs and tools.
- Manage a sales leadership team comprising three segment managers, partnering with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership to align GTM strategies and technology.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven leadership in sales organizations, having scaled teams initially around 20 sellers up to 50+ in resource-constrained environments.
- Success in both high-speed SMB sales and intricate, multi-stakeholder upmarket sales cycles.
- Experience managing inbound, outbound, channel, and event-driven sales activities.
- Strong discipline in sales forecasting and rigorous deal inspections.
- Data-savvy operator, proficient in Salesforce reporting, using tools such as Gong and Outreach for performance analysis.
- A builder mentality thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced, and shifting priorities without requiring clearly defined structures.
- Exceptional people management and coaching ability, known for cultivating talent and earning trust at all levels.
- Highly energetic, with a relentless focus on mission and pragmatic problem-solving using first-principles thinking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This position suits those comfortable managing rapid context-switching, engaging directly in performance drivers, and operating as a revenue architect rather than a passive manager. Candidates accustomed to large companies with rigid functions or preferring slow, protected work environments may find the role challenging.
Benefits
- Unlimited paid time off including personal, sick, and vacation days.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company matching and immediate vesting.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with partial dependent coverage.
- Company-paid $100,000 life insurance policy.
- Fully covered short- and long-term disability insurance.
- Paid parental leave for both maternity and paternity.
- Access to high-quality equipment including a company laptop and premium tools.
Compensation Details
The base salary for this role is $225,000 annually plus variable compensation. Actual salary placement is dependent upon candidate experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
