Vice President of Project Management

Position Overview

The Vice President of Project Management will lead project delivery across the organization, making sure initiatives are planned well, executed smoothly, and completed in line with business priorities. The role is focused on operational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and supporting ongoing improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine project management frameworks, standards, and operating procedures.
• Direct several projects at once from early planning through final delivery.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and progress against targets.
• Serve as the main point of coordination among internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Spot risks early and drive practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Strengthen project workflows and improve overall delivery performance.
• Guide project teams and contribute to team capability and development.
• Prepare project status reports and brief executive leadership on progress.
• Ensure all projects meet internal expectations, quality requirements, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Background in project management, program management, or a leadership capacity.
• Solid knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk control.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to oversee multiple teams and manage complex initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, medical services, or healthcare operations.
• Exposure to organizational or operational project management.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance expectations, and service improvement practices.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
