Role Overview

This executive leadership opportunity involves defining the future course of a global software product portfolio, centered on integrated product strategy and innovations powered by artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a long-term enterprise-wide product vision and multi-year strategic plans fostering integrated software capabilities globally.
• Direct AI-focused product initiatives including automation, personalization techniques, recommendation engines, AI agents, and workflow enhancements.
• Develop and manage a high-caliber product and user experience organization emphasizing AI technologies, APIs, platform services, and foundational shared capabilities.
• Foster alignment across diverse product segments by unifying platform experiences and prioritizing investment, customer value, technical feasibility, and impact.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Design teams to create scalable platforms, API-first services, AI infrastructure, and data-centric user experiences.
• Assess build, acquire, or partner approaches for emerging AI and platform technologies to ensure competitive edge and maximize business impact.
• Work alongside commercial, marketing, and customer service units to drive product launches, positioning, adoption, monetization, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the product strategy spokesperson at the executive leadership level, delivering clear recommendations backed by strategic reasoning and measurable outcomes.
• Implement AI-native practices in product teams to integrate AI in discovery, experimentation, delivery, and iterative improvement phases.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in product leadership roles within SaaS platforms, AI, payments, vertical software, or complex multi-product settings.
• Proven track record in formulating and executing long-term multi-product and market strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership of AI-driven product initiatives involving intelligent workflows, AI agents, automation platforms, recommendation systems, or AI decision tools.
• Strong technical expertise with APIs, platform design, data ecosystems, AI technology, and contemporary development methodologies.
• Capabilities in spearheading platform transformations, product line consolidations, shared service creation, or enterprise operating model reforms.
• Sharp commercial acumen with experience connecting product strategies to revenue growth, customer retention, operational efficiencies, and long-term business outcomes.
• Advanced executive communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing senior executives and multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and leading product and design teams while establishing robust product management practices and operational rhythms.
• Ability to operate confidently amidst ambiguity, make critical decisions despite incomplete data, and foster trust within globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to vertical SaaS, payments, billing, commerce, health and wellness technology, fitness tech, or workflow-centric industries.
• Experience scaling AI agent platforms, orchestration systems, MCP/API ecosystems, marketplaces, or developer-facing platforms.
• Familiarity supporting both small-medium businesses and enterprise clients.
• Expertise in designing pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies for AI-powered, API-centric, usage-based, or outcome-oriented products.
• Proven leadership in guiding organizations through AI transformations and fostering responsible use of AI technologies.

• Competitive base salary ranging approximately CAD 252000 to CAD 272500 annually, influenced by experience, credentials, and location.
