Role Summary
We seek an innovative Vice President of Product Management based in Atlanta to lead the execution of a forward-thinking product roadmap designed for the AI era. This leadership role translates vision into actionable plans, ensuring rapid, disciplined delivery of AI-enhanced products that have a tangible impact on customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, transforming strategic initiatives into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes.
- Revamp product management practices, including frameworks and metrics, to align with AI-assisted development and AI-native feature launches.
- Assess and incorporate AI technologies such as large language models, automation tools, copilots, and agentic workflows to enhance team speed, quality, and output.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Engineering to fast-track AI experimentation and bring unique capabilities to market swiftly.
- Bridge strategy and execution, ensuring product objectives translate into measurable results for both engineering and product teams.
- Leverage deep supply chain expertise to define product needs, uncover user challenges, and prioritize impactful features enhancing customer performance.
- Act as a trusted domain expert working with supply chain operators, procurement, logistics heads, and enterprise clients.
- Identify AI-driven solutions in automation, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier insights that deliver clear value to customers.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product management team across multiple product lines.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, customer focus, and rigorous experimentation.
- Influence across departments—including engineering, sales, marketing, and executives—without direct authority.
- Represent product leadership at the executive level, linking product choices directly to business outcomes.
- Work with sales and marketing to craft compelling product messaging for supply chain and enterprise buyers.
- Engage directly with customers as a strategic advisor focused on enhancing their performance metrics.
- Drive initiatives for product-led growth while monitoring key metrics aligned with business success.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years in product management with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Director or VP.
- Proven hands-on experience managing AI/ML software products with a demonstrated impact, not just theoretical knowledge.
- Substantial expertise in supply chain domains like logistics, procurement, inventory control, demand planning, or supplier management through direct product leadership or strategic partnership.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives.
- Willingness to be located in or relocate to Atlanta, GA.
Preferred Background
- Work experience at supply chain software companies, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software firms with supply chain focus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, integration of large language models, agentic systems, or AI-driven product workflows.
- Successful history of growing product teams in fast-paced or transformational environments.
- Possession of an MBA or advanced degree in relevant discipline.
Leadership Qualities
- Consistent use and advocacy of AI-native product design and productivity approaches.
- Strong focus on outcomes, ensuring product decisions drive customer performance and business results.
- Close engagement with customer needs, relying on data-driven insights rather than assumptions.
- Ability to foster trust and collaboration across engineering, commercial, and executive teams.
- Skilled at nurturing product managers, facilitating career growth and high performance.
