Role Overview

As the Vice President of Product Growth at Luminat Representações, you will spearhead the product growth strategy organization-wide in this full-time remote position. This role encompasses defining the product vision and roadmap, managing product development efforts, and ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals.

Key Duties

You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to spot growth possibilities, boost product performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing product and market data, setting specific growth targets, prioritizing projects, guiding teams through execution, and providing updates to senior management. Establishing standards for product experimentation, tracking performance indicators, and nurturing a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement will also be essential.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in product strategy and management with proven success in driving measurable growth. Analytical proficiency is required, including experience leveraging data-driven insights, performance metrics, and market research. Experience leading cross-functional teams collaboratively across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations is necessary. You should have hands-on experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch and iterative enhancements.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities are crucial, especially for influencing leadership. A background in SaaS or tech-driven products is highly preferred, and experience operating in growth-stage or international markets is an advantage. Applicants should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related disciplines; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is beneficial. Comfort with remote work, strong organizational capabilities, self-motivation, and multitasking skills are important for success in this role.
