  • Serve as the primary leader for employee relations globally, guiding managers on performance management, career growth, and feedback.
  • Oversee all HR operations and compliance across regions, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, policy management, and PEO coordination.
  • Lead the annual performance review and compensation planning process ensuring fairness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the global talent acquisition team to attract and retain diverse, high-performing talent while delivering excellent candidate experiences.
  • Promote Nanit's culture and values, providing trusted HR partnership to senior management to nurture an inclusive, transparent, and high-trust workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 12 years in progressive HR leadership roles, with at least three years at a senior level in a growth-stage technology firm.
  • Demonstrated success managing global teams across diverse countries and time zones with knowledge of international labor laws.
  • Expertise in organizational design tailored for scaling organizations, including role definition and dynamic workforce planning.
  • In-depth experience crafting compensation and benefits programs, salary structures, and total rewards; familiarity with equity and option plan administration is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, statutory compliance, HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence leaders across organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for executive audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence, blending empathetic decision-making with discretion.
  • Balanced strategic mindset and operational capability, thriving under tight deadlines and fast-paced conditions.
