About OMS360

OMS360 is a leading support organization specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery, headquartered in the Atlanta metropolitan region. Established in 2022 through strategic alliances with prominent oral surgery groups across Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia, the organization has expanded to operate in nine states in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. OMS360 delivers extensive operational assistance encompassing operations, marketing, revenue cycle management, finance, HR, compliance, and technology to allow surgeons to concentrate on clinical excellence and patient care. A core asset is the 360 Operating System, which promotes uniformity, efficiency, and adoption of best practices throughout its network.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations will lead the Regional Operations Manager team and take ownership of consolidated financial and operational outcomes across multiple regions with practices generating over $10 million in revenue each. This role focuses on establishing consistent operating rhythms, scaling successful regional practices, and cultivating leadership talent to support ongoing growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Regional Operations Manager team by defining goals and performance standards for each region.
  • Implement a structured business cadence including regular reviews, standardized reporting, and clear escalation routes to the COO.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource deployment across all regions supported.
  • Enhance and maintain the 360 Operating System by standardizing processes and playbooks to minimize operational variation between locations.
  • Detect performance shortfalls, implement remedial action plans, and broaden effective practices.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical patient, provider, and operational concerns.
  • Develop succession strategies and elevate leadership capabilities within regional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in operations leadership, with at least 3 years managing leaders of multi-site or multi-region operations; preference for dental, healthcare, or services in multi-location environments.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing operational KPIs, revenue, and EBITDA across multiple locations or regions.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, combined with acute judgment to anticipate risks and opportunities at the field level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across regions supporting offices, regional managers, and partner clinicians.

Why Join OMS360

Join a high-performance culture underpinned by teamwork, integrity, continuous improvement, excellence, and respect. The position reports directly to the COO, offering significant influence in scaling operations and the support of a savvy healthcare investment partner.
