Vice President of Operations

About the Role

We are offering a dynamic position for an entrepreneurial leader eager to help build and expand a fast-growing healthcare organization. This pivotal role will partner closely with the Founder, acting as a key right hand while overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Founder to implement strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day business operations.
• Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency throughout the organization.
• Diagnose areas of operational waste and deploy scalable solutions.
• Design, optimize, and refine workflows, systems, and processes that facilitate company growth.
• Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold operational excellence and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure consistent execution and alignment.
• Support recruitment, scheduling, client management, caregiver operations, and administrative activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and formulating operational plans.
• Work with leadership to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance overall business performance.
• Foster a culture marked by accountability, teamwork, urgency, and exceptional customer service.
• Lead high-impact projects from inception to completion.
• Act as a trusted consultant to the Founder, contributing to informed business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, business oversight, or leadership roles.
• Experience within healthcare sectors such as home care or home health services is advantageous.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling enterprises.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills paired with effective problem-solving proficiency.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other business technology tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000.
