Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with founders as the Chief Integrator to transform strategic objectives into actionable execution.
- Drive alignment across leadership, establish accountability, and monitor organizational progress with clarity and focus.
- Manage the operating rhythm including quarterly planning, EOS processes, and company-wide projects.
- Coach and develop department heads to enhance leadership skills and performance.
- Implement and refine operational systems with an emphasis on AI, automation, and scalable processes.
- Preserve and strengthen company culture, accountability, and organizational well-being.

Specific Duties
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, quarterly focus areas, and implement the EOS operational rhythms including key meetings and scorecards.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while enhancing efficiency and accountability.
- Oversee human resources functions including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and HR teams on workforce planning and compliance.
- Translate founder priorities into well-defined execution plans and manage strategic meetings and reporting.
- Assess organizational capacity and advise on priority sequencing to maximize business impact.
- Design and continuously improve scalable operational SOPs, workflows, and knowledge management systems.
- Champion AI and automation projects to streamline interdepartmental operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Over 7 years of progressive operational leadership in rapidly growing entrepreneurial companies, managing at least 7 direct reports.
- Experience as a Chief Integrator, VP of Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar executive role.
- Background in coaching, agencies, memberships, education, SaaS, or professional services companies with annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
- Proficient with ClickUp (or equivalents), Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HRIS platforms, AI and automation tools, as well as dashboard/reporting software.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is mandatory.
Additional Information
- This is a remote position based in the United States with quarterly travel to Miami, FL for leadership events and planning.
- Standard working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time with flexible scheduling.
- Anticipated start date: September 1, 2026.
- Salary range is $170,000 to $190,000 plus performance-based incentives.
