  • Guide content programs such as thought leadership, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars, blogs, and social media initiatives.
  • Ensure content contributes to lead generation, customer engagement, and brand-building objectives.
  • Improve digital communication performance through SEO, marketing automation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead integrated campaigns for product launches, market expansion, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to keep go-to-market messaging consistent.
  • Support demand generation and customer acquisition through targeted communication programs.
  • Strengthen customer engagement and loyalty through multi-channel communication efforts.
  • Define and track communication performance metrics such as brand awareness, media coverage, share of voice, engagement, lead impact, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine communication strategies.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and performance reviews for leadership reporting.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product management, customer success, investor relations, and executive leadership.
  • Ensure communication work supports organizational priorities and business goals.
  • Advise senior leadership on communication strategy and issues.
  • Enable effective communication across internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Recruit, lead, and grow a high-performing marketing communications team.
  • Develop talent pipelines, leadership capability, and succession planning within the function.
  • Create and maintain best practices, governance standards, and operational processes for communication work.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
