Job description
Role Overview
This executive position leads the strategy and day-to-day management of the company’s worldwide supply chain for a luxury jewelry business. The role covers sourcing, production coordination, logistics, delivery, quality control, and cost improvement, with the goal of building a resilient, efficient, and sustainable global supply network that strengthens competitiveness.
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership
You will be expected to define medium- and long-term supply chain direction, improve the global procurement and supplier footprint, and keep advancing the company’s supply chain capabilities as the business expands.
Operational Ownership
This role has end-to-end accountability for global supply chain activities, including purchasing, production coordination, outsourcing, transportation, and delivery. A major focus will be strengthening structure, lowering costs, and maintaining reliable supply performance and on-time fulfillment.
Supplier, Production, and Delivery Coordination
The position involves building a strong global supplier base, refining supplier selection and performance review methods, and securing steady access to key materials and essential processes. It also requires coordination between production sites and processing facilities so work flows smoothly from manufacturing through final delivery.
Quality, Compliance, and Risk Control
You will establish quality assurance and quality control systems across the supply chain, identify and manage risk exposure, and ensure operations meet international quality requirements and industry standards.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Close coordination with design, procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams is essential to keep supply chain execution aligned with business demand. The role also requires creating consistent, standardized global operating procedures.
Experience and Profile
The ideal candidate should bring 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in supply chain or the jewelry/luxury goods sector, along with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at director level or above. Strong knowledge of global supply chain systems and cross-border operating models is important, and experience in international supply chains or luxury products is a plus. The role calls for excellent strategic judgment, strong execution, and the ability to lead across cultures.
Compensation and Growth
We offer executive-level compensation and benefits, long-term career development potential, and the chance to play a central leadership role in a fast-growing international jewelry company. You will also contribute directly to global supply chain strategy and the broader international business plan.
