Role Summary

The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote leadership position focused on improving and overseeing operational performance across all regions and business units. The role owns the creation and implementation of worldwide operational strategy and ensures it stays aligned with company goals while consistently delivering strong service quality. It involves leading cross-functional groups, tracking key performance indicators, improving workflows, partnering with finance, sales, and product teams, and supporting growth and efficiency. The position may also cover supply chain oversight where applicable, major program delivery, and broader operational excellence and change initiatives. As a senior strategic partner to the executive team, this leader helps foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive global operating strategy across regions and business units.
• Improve overall operational performance and ensure service quality remains consistent.
• Lead distributed, cross-functional teams and build strong collaboration across functions.
• Monitor KPIs and use performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Refine and standardize processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Work closely with finance, sales, and product teams to support business growth.
• Oversee supply chain-related activities when required, including vendor coordination and process alignment.
• Manage major projects, transformation efforts, and change programs.
• Promote an operating culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on operational priorities and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in operations management and operational excellence, including leadership of complex global or multi-site operations.
• Strong background in strategic planning and project management, with the ability to turn strategy into practical action plans.
• Experience in supply chain management, vendor management, and process improvement across international markets.
• Proven ability to lead remote and distributed teams while encouraging high performance and cooperation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities backed by data and metrics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present detailed information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• History of leading change initiatives and building scalable systems, tools, and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related subject; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience working in a multinational or global organization and comfort collaborating across cultures and time zones.
