Vice President of Global Operations

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Vice President of Global Operations to spearhead and enhance our worldwide operational activities. This pivotal leadership position entails driving excellence, boosting efficiency, ensuring scalable processes, and synchronizing global workflows with our strategic business goals.

Primary Duties

• Develop and execute the overarching global operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Supervise daily operations spanning various regions, departments, and business units.
• Enhance productivity, efficiency, output quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Sales, and Company Executives.
• Create and roll out scalable procedures, policies, and operational frameworks.
• Track key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Oversee operational risk management, compliance adherence, and continuity plans.
• Support initiatives related to global expansion, business transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and lead an efficient and motivated operations team.
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations to reinforce organizational performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; an MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Over ten years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or business operations roles.
• Proven capability managing global or multi-site operational environments.
• Strong expertise in process improvement, operational strategy, and cross-functional coordination.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed, and diverse international settings.
• Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Background

• Experience across sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, technology, consumer goods, healthcare, or retail.
• Knowledge of operational transformation initiatives, digital tools, and performance monitoring systems.
• Demonstrated success scaling operations across multiple global regions.
