Role overview
The Vice President of Finance is a senior, full-time remote leadership position at C-LUTIONS, INC. The role is responsible for directing the company’s financial function and ensuring that financial decisions support broader business strategy.
Core responsibilities
This leader oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while making sure these activities stay aligned with organizational goals. The position also includes reviewing financial statements, guiding financial reporting, and turning financial data into insights that help senior leadership make informed decisions.
In addition, the role is expected to strengthen internal controls, improve cash flow management, and maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Vice President of Finance works closely with other senior executives, manages the finance team, and supports long-term growth through financial analysis and strategic advice.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in finance and financial planning, along with practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, and high-level financial management. A strong command of financial statement preparation, review, and interpretation is important.
Applicants should have advanced analytical ability and be able to convert complex financial information into clear recommendations. Prior experience in a senior finance leadership position, ideally at the Vice President or Director level, is expected.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, compliance requirements, and financial control practices is required, along with strong communication and collaboration skills for working with executive teams and cross-functional partners. Experience leading and developing remote teams is also important.
