  • Develop and maintain complex multi-year financial models for acquisitions, developments, and investment funds.
  • Assess project profitability metrics such as IRR, equity multiples, and investor returns.
  • Model detailed cash flows across diverse projects, loans, and ownership structures.
  • Evaluate and optimize debt structures by blending multiple financing sources involving numerous loans.
  • Communicate financial forecasts, performance trends, and strategic advice to company principals.
  • Convert intricate project-level data into insightful recommendations for decision-making.
  • Support various active land development and real estate initiatives.
  • Manage development draw requests, payment applications, and funding schedules.
  • Monitor job costs, budgets, construction expenditures, and project timelines closely.
  • Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, rehabilitation projects, and insurance-related issues.
  • Coordinate liquidity planning and capital allocations across multiple entities.
  • Work with external CPAs on tax filings, audits, and compliance obligations.
  • Lead continuous process improvements and system enhancements, including QuickBooks/Intuit Enterprise implementations and financial consolidation workflows.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic business analysis.
  • Proficient understanding of IRR, return metrics, complex debt structures, and investor reporting processes.
  • Experience with job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and real estate transactions.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage complex accounting issues independently.
  • Skilled in developing and enhancing financial systems, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Preferred experience utilizing AI technologies to automate workflows.
