This role entails ownership of comprehensive financial planning, detailed reporting, and operational finance functions, while informing the company's growth strategies through detailed financial analysis and prudent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain financial models supporting strategic initiatives like pricing, market extensions, alliances, and capital deployment.
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to the executive team and Board.
- Ensure timely, accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports aligned with GAAP standards.
- Strengthen and oversee internal financial controls, policies, and procedures across organizational entities.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and Commercial units to enhance revenue recognition, billing, and reimbursement cycles.
- Administer cash flow, treasury functions, and optimize working capital management.
- Upgrade financial systems and reporting tools for better scalability and efficiency.
- Lead financial diligence, structuring, and integration for acquisitions, partnerships, and agreements.
- Develop financial models for transaction evaluations including valuations, earnouts, and future profit/loss projections.
- Build and nurture a skilled finance team to support organizational growth.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Operations, and Commercial leadership.
- Prepare financial presentations and materials for Board members and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
- 8 to 12+ years in finance with 3 to 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or life sciences sectors.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, lean environments.
- Experience engaging in M&A processes, due diligence, and post-transaction finance integration.
- Excellent communication skills able to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.
- Preferred experience with multi-entity corporate accounting and intercompany transactions.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycles, insurance claims, or durable medical equipment (DME) billing.
- Background in supporting venture-backed or private equity-backed companies valued.
- Proficiency with NetSuite, Rippling, or comparable ERP/HRIS platforms.
