We are searching for a seasoned Vice President to become a vital part of a well-established company in San Jose, CA. This executive leadership role offers the chance to drive business expansion, enhance operational effectiveness, and shape the organization’s strategic direction alongside the CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and implement the company's long-term strategic plans.
- Steer profitable growth initiatives while elevating operational performance organization-wide.
- Lead, mentor, and hold department leaders accountable, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Formulate and enforce company-wide policies, operational processes, and standards.
- Spot new market trends and business prospects to amplify growth.
- Work in partnership with Business Development and Operations to boost customer satisfaction and optimize processes.
- Assess potential new products, services, and market segments to enhance competitiveness.
- Manage strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and optimal resource distribution.
- Support workforce growth by spearheading talent acquisition, leadership cultivation, and employee engagement efforts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent and promote the company at executive forums, industry events, and public functions in both U.S. and Japanese markets.
- Act as a credible brand ambassador reflecting the company’s vision and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent blend of education and executive experience.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English at a business communication level.
- More than 15 years of senior leadership experience in sales, business development, or executive management roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational management expertise.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent executive decision-making and business judgment skills.
- Genuine passion for nurturing talent, developing organizations, and generating sustainable business value.
