A prominent Saudi Arabian group is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead their international business operations from Riyadh. This leadership role focuses on steering the company’s global expansion beyond GCC territories by developing and executing strategies to enter new markets and fostering sustainable growth worldwide.

Key Duties

• Drive the development and implementation of growth strategies targeting global markets beyond the GCC.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities internationally.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 12 years of recent leadership experience in international business, specifically within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated success with route-to-market strategies involving launching and scaling operations outside the GCC.
• Strong commercial insight with proven expertise in managing global partnerships and distributor relations.
• Exceptional leadership qualities, strategic vision, and stakeholder management skills.
