Role Overview
The Vice President of Group Commercial & Monitoring & Control, reporting directly to the SVP of Group Commercial Strategy & Excellence, is a senior leadership position tasked with enhancing commercial performance, analytics, monitoring, and control within ADNOC's Group Commercial & In-Country Value Executive Function.
- Oversee commercial performance management and governance, delivering critical insights and intelligence across procurement, supplier management, contracts, purchasing, and commercial operations.
- Lead data analytics and digital enablement projects, utilizing enterprise systems and advanced reporting tools to elevate decision-making, enhance forecasting precision, and promote operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout ADNOC Group to influence performance results, identify areas for improvement, mitigate risks, and support strategic business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and value creation by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize commercial efficiency, supplier performance, cost management, SLA compliance, and overall business outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess over 18 years of progressive experience in procurement, commercial operations, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably within energy, oil & gas, or large industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial analytics, technology enablement, business intelligence, performance management, and leading digital transformation efforts.
- Exhibit strong strategic leadership with the ability to influence senior executives, manage cross-functional relationships, and guide high-performing teams.
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities; proven success converting data into actionable business insights and measurable improvements.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a closely related area; complemented by strong commercial understanding, negotiation skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
