Vice President, Global Payment Operations (2-Year Contract)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President to lead our Global Payment Operations on a 2-year contractual basis, based in Singapore. This leadership position requires managing end-to-end payment processing operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive management of global payment solutions, ensuring smooth transaction processing, strict control adherence, and excellence in operational execution.
• Collaborate with business heads and internal teams to enhance the quality of service, optimize operational results, and improve client experiences.
• Manage and oversee outsourced vendors, guaranteeing effective governance, top service standards, and compliance with contractual terms.
• Promote operational excellence via continuous process improvement, automation integration, and leveraging data insights to boost productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Reinforce risk management by maintaining audit readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing robust operational risk controls.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of seven years in leadership roles within banking operations, shared services, or global service centres.
• Strong understanding of banking operational risk, internal control frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills encompassing team coaching, talent development, performance management, and nurturing a culture of high achievement.
