Vice President Finance (IPO & Capital Markets) - Arabic Speaker

Role Overview

We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding technology company in the GCC region seeking a Vice President of Finance fluent in Arabic. This senior leadership role is integral to advancing the company’s growth trajectory towards an IPO and capital market activities. The position reports directly to the Board and is fully responsible for the company’s finance function including strategy, governance, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Board to define financial strategy and support business expansion
• Oversee IPO preparation processes and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Lead fundraising efforts, capital allocation decisions, and manage investor relations
• Establish and enhance a top-tier finance division covering FP&A, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Support geographic expansion in the GCC and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions

Candidate Profile

• More than 16 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles
• Background combining technology sector knowledge with consulting experience from leading firms such as Big 4 or strategic consultancies
• Demonstrated track record with IPOs and capital markets transactions
• In-depth expertise of GCC markets and regulatory frameworks
• Capability to interact confidently with Board members and investors
