About the Role
A prominent large-scale company is looking for a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead its finance department encompassing FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning. This senior role is critical in steering financial performance amidst rapid expansion, organizational change, and integration efforts. The leader will collaborate closely with executive management and the Board of Directors to craft financial strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and foster sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finance divisions including FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Planning at the enterprise level.
- Formulate and implement financial plans aligned with the company's growth targets and organizational goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and oversee performance measurement systems.
- Work alongside senior executives to support strategic initiatives and critical business decisions.
- Handle capital allocation, liquidity management, cash flow planning, and financial risk mitigation.
- Report financial status, projections, and strategic plans to the Board of Directors and executive team.
- Create and maintain scalable financial systems, controls, and procedures suitable for a complex organizational framework.
- Lead, coach, and develop an efficient and competent finance team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years ascending leadership experience in finance roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead finance departments through phases of rapid expansion, mergers, or transformative organizational changes.
- Expert knowledge in areas spanning Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate Finance.
- Experience delivering presentations and updates to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and/or MBA is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline is mandatory.
