Your Role and Responsibilities

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a senior leader and strategic collaborator with the Chief Financial Officer to develop and execute the company's financial vision. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance management, and capital planning, with a focus on enabling scalable growth within a value-based care framework.

  • Lead the crafting and implementation of the company's comprehensive financial strategy aligned with organizational priorities and long-term growth.
  • Manage the long-term financial model, including scenario planning that supports capital allocation, strategic investments, and tradeoff analysis.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and executive team to translate strategies into clear financial targets and measurable results.
  • Develop and lead the enterprise performance management system featuring key performance indicators, reporting, and operational cadence.
  • Analyze business performance to identify risks and opportunities across different markets, service lines, and contracts.
  • Work closely with operational and clinical leadership to enforce accountability and drive continuous financial performance improvements.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and senior leadership on critical business decisions including market expansion, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead financial assessments for new ventures such as risk-based contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Provide straightforward, actionable financial insights to support executive leadership and Board decisions.
  • Assist with capital planning processes, investor communications, Board reporting, and the development of clear financial narratives.
  • Translate complex financial data into understandable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the CFO in managing investor relations and external financial communications.
  • Build, lead, and mentor an effective finance team covering FP&A and field finance operations.
  • Implement scalable tools, processes, and models to sustain organizational growth.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing enhancement within the finance function.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is required.
  • At least twelve years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with extensive exposure to financial planning & analysis and strategic finance.
  • Proven track record as a senior finance leader in a fast-growing, complex environment; experience in healthcare or value-based care highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, long-range financial planning, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience in capital strategy, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Capability to support executive and Board-level decision-making with robust analysis and insight generation.
  • Preferred knowledge of value-based care, risk-based contracting, or alternative payment models.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to link financial insight and operational strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing finance teams and create scalable financial operations.

Compensation and Culture

The base salary range for this position is between $237,400 and $356,200, adjusted based on experience, education, skills, certifications, and company needs. This is part of a wider total rewards program including short-term incentives and comprehensive benefits.
