The ideal leader combines strong business judgment with an ability to connect operational execution to margin improvement and growth. Success in this role also requires disciplined KPI management, standardized operating practices, Lean and Six Sigma expertise, strong executive communication, and the ability to lead effectively in a global matrix organization.

- Deep knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, PCBA, magnetics, cable assemblies, and system integration.
- A strong history of managing global EMS partners and complex supply chains in high-mix, high-reliability settings.
- Proven success in transforming operational performance across quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Hands-on experience supporting new product introductions, product transfers, and manufacturing scale-up across regions.
- Prior leadership experience in Asia-based manufacturing environments is preferred.
