  • Ensure the team delivers precise, high-quality analysis by identifying the necessary data, coordinating the workplan, and checking outputs for accuracy.
  • Create competitive intelligence processes that support the development of strong market and business strategies.
  • Perform financial and quantitative analysis that produces clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in both oral and written form with senior audiences.
  • Lead the preparation of major presentations for senior executives, the Executive Committee, and the Board.
  • Draft polished, concise, error-free PowerPoint presentations and slide decks.
  • Coach and develop junior team members while improving Strategy team processes.
  • Coordinate the daily work of cross-functional teams across brands, functions, and business units.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, and project management, including 4+ years with a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Leadership experience in a for-profit setting within a similar industry, with a strong record of team building, productivity, and collaboration.
  • Deep analytical and financial modeling capability, with exposure to market analysis and business intelligence.
  • Experience advising C-suite leaders on critical business issues that shape performance and outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to manage time well and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, applying data-driven judgment, and thinking critically in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to function as part of a team, celebrate shared success, and support a collaborative culture.
  • Comfort operating both as an individual contributor and as a cross-functional leader.
