About the Role
Join Stanley Black & Decker's Middle East Marketing team as a Trade Marketing Executive based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This permanent position involves driving trade marketing strategies that enhance in-store visibility, shopper interaction, and sales growth for the DEWALT and STANLEY brands within the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support brand expansion initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Apply category management principles including range assortment, channel-specific promotions, pricing, display and merchandise replenishment to boost growth in traditional retail channels.
- Assist KSA Sales Teams by implementing essential marketing programs.
- Conduct competitive pricing reviews within the Saudi market.
- Contribute to the creation of pricing and promotional strategies for new product launches, SKU activations, and range expansions in KSA.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years of focused trade marketing experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Experience in sectors such as Power Tools, Construction, Building Materials, Machinery, or Home Improvement is beneficial.
- Proven success in managing retail activations, promotional campaigns, and point-of-sale deployments.
- Strong analytical skills with practical experience in measuring return on investment and detailed reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with retail partners.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.
