Venue Support Officer - Pritchard's Hotel

About the role

ALH Hotels is seeking a Venue Support Officer for Pritchard's Hotel in Mount Pritchard, New South Wales. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on venue administration, finance support, stock monitoring, compliance, and helping the team deliver smooth day-to-day service.

What you will do

• Carry out all required financial reconciliations, including the upkeep of point-of-sale registers.
• Keep all ALH system records accurate and current, including employee details and training information.
• Oversee stock control and stocktakes, and flag any cash or inventory discrepancies.
• Make sure visa-related obligations for team members are correctly managed in the ALH systems.
• Check venue-generated reports and share useful feedback with the relevant team members.
• Support management with audit readiness, compliance requirements, and loss prevention efforts.

• Deliver strong customer service across phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality.
• Keep the administration area neat, organised, and professional at all times.
• Step in to help the venue team with floor service during busy trading periods.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute your ideas and observations.
