About Major Fun
Major Fun is dedicated to offering enjoyable activities for children under the age of 12. Featuring a specially designed toddler play area and an expansive climbing structure, the center ensures a safe atmosphere for young guests. Major Fun also organises children's parties, providing private party rooms and a memorable experience for every child and family. Parents and guardians can relax knowing their kids are entertained in a secure environment.
Role Overview
The venue is seeking lively and enthusiastic individuals to take on the roles of Venue Attendants and Party Hosts for their Major Fun team at Harbord Diggers, Freshwater. This is a casual position that requires a focus on customer service and a commitment to creating positive experiences for both children and families.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent and engaging customer service to all guests
- Help organise and set up functions, group events, and parties
- Lead and supervise activities within party rooms
- Support the preparation and serving of food in the café area
- Take part in general cleaning and maintenance to keep the venue inviting
- Contribute to the fun and spirited environment of the venue
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a current Working with Children Check (for applicants 18+)
- Availability to work during weekends and school breaks
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
- Capability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Desire to consistently exceed customer expectations
