Job description

About the Company

E INC is the parent organization behind EBlock and EDealer. Together, these brands bring products, services, and strategy under one vision: building the world’s best digital auction and retail platform by connecting automotive wholesale and retail experiences. Their technology helps vehicles move smoothly between buyers and sellers across the full ownership cycle.

Role Overview

As a Vehicle Detailer, you will prepare vehicles in the detail shop so they meet sale-ready condition and align with customer instructions as well as auction-quality expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Clean the outside of vehicles by removing bugs, pre-soaking, soaping, rinsing, drying, and finishing wheels and tires; buff and wax as needed.
  • Restore and clean interiors by clearing debris and attending to ashtrays, dashboards, panels, vinyl surfaces, windows, carpets, and upholstery.
  • Check completed reconditioning and detailing work against customer requirements and company standards by inspecting visually and by touch when needed.
  • Record vehicles moving into and out of the lanes using a detail sheet, and refuse vehicles that do not meet quality standards until they are corrected.
  • Generate the required reports and re-check problem vehicles to confirm that quality expectations have been met.
  • Keep wash bays and other work areas clean throughout the day and at closing time when necessary.
  • Move vehicles into and out of the wash bay and drive them through auction lanes on sale day.
  • Handle other assigned duties from the supervisor.
