Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the team to produce user experience designs.
- Create refined, well-crafted user interfaces that are visually appealing.
- Build interactive prototypes showcasing intuitive interaction patterns and micro-interactions.
- Develop visual representations of products to clearly communicate design ideas.
- Design user-centric products informed by market research, customer insights, and usability results.
- Convert business goals into visual concepts, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Prepare compelling storytelling narratives to clearly present design rationale to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in design roles.
- Currently holding or pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Centered Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with design patterns for mobile and web platforms, including accessibility standards.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent software.
- Possession of an accessible online portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working collaboratively within teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Competence in creating prototypes and detailed wireframes.

The annual base salary range for this position in Seattle, WA is $81,000 to $141,700. Compensation packages may include signing bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs), determined by the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
