Job Overview

We are actively recruiting knowledgeable US Residential Mortgage Underwriters specializing in Live Underwriting and Pre-Underwriting tasks. The role requires evaluating mortgage applications to determine borrower eligibility while working strictly according to US mortgage regulations and investor standards.

Key Duties

• Conduct Live Underwriting and Pre-Underwriting processes on US Residential Mortgage loans.
• Assess loan applications plus supporting documents to verify borrower qualifications.
• Underwrite various loan types including Conventional, Non-Conventional, and Non-QM products.
• Maintain precision, ensure compliance, and deliver timely credit decisions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Between 2 and 4 years handling US Residential Mortgage Underwriting.
• Practical exposure to both Live Underwriting and Pre-Underwriting procedures.
• Familiarity with Conventional, Non-Conventional, and Non-QM loan frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of US mortgage guidelines and thorough documentation handling.
• Strong analytical and sound decision-making capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have prior experience exclusively in US Residential Mortgage underwriting.
• Candidates with commercial mortgage only background are not suitable.
• Applicants from all regions of India are invited, contingent on their readiness to relocate to Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Relocation Package

• A relocation bonus of 50,000 INR.
• Accommodation provided for 14 days upon relocating.
• One-way flight ticket covered by the company.
