Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on US recruitment, based in Chennai with mandatory office presence during night shifts. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes primarily for frontline positions such as Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and Pest Technicians. The candidate must be experienced with US recruitment protocols, candidate screening, and background verification coordination. Proficiency with Workday ATS is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complete recruitment processes targeting US-based roles.
• Hire frontline staff including sales and customer service team members.
• Manage candidate screening from start to finish.
• Coordinate background verification processes efficiently.
• Utilize Workday ATS for tracking and managing candidates.
• Maintain compliance with US hiring standards and regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in US talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and legal compliance in the US.
• Experience recruiting candidates for frontline roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workday ATS.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
