Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Jopranavee, located in AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals to fulfill staffing requirements for clients based in the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from interview coordination to maintaining candidate pipelines and records, ensuring that hiring objectives are met while providing a superior candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare professionals suitable for US client positions.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews efficiently.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain organized records and manage pipelines of potential candidates.
- Strive to consistently achieve hiring goals while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST to align with US client requirements.
- Prior experience in US healthcare recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work from our office located in AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad.
