Job Responsibilities

• Manage incoming voice calls from clients located in multiple countries.
• Accurately record relevant customer details to ensure effective issue resolution and future reference.
• Escalate complex queries to the designated teams for additional support.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of call interactions.
• Communicate effectively in English and local languages, both verbally and in writing.
• Employ strong problem-solving skills to address customer complaints satisfactorily.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 months’ inbound international voice calling customer support experience is required.
• Prior experience handling chat support is a beneficial addition but not mandatory.

Additional Information

The work schedule follows rotational night shifts with corresponding rotational weekly offs.
