Role Overview: University Ambassador

A Nodi University Ambassador represents the platform within their university by promoting it among peers and building a talent community around new career opportunities. This role goes beyond merely sharing links; it involves empowering students to discover resources that enhance their professional profiles and connect with hiring companies. The position also offers career acceleration benefits, including direct access to founders and recruiters, a validated ambassador credential for resumes, and leadership experience managing an ongoing project.

Candidate Profile

• Current university student, ideally studying technology, engineering, sciences, business, or related fields.
• Interest in startups, technology, innovation, and learning how future companies are built.
• Highly proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, proposing ideas, and executing independently.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to build communities on campus.
• Motivated to assist fellow students in discovering enhanced career opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and presence in social networks or student groups.

The candidate need not have a large following or prior experience but must have energy, initiative, and determination to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize at least one event per semester at the university, including workshops, talks, student collaborations, or partnerships with student organizations to increase Nodi's presence.
• Distribute Nodi’s opportunities and content through university groups, social media, and relevant communities.
• Assist students in creating complete Nodi profiles and discovering suitable professional opportunities aligned with their career goals.
• Identify key campus communities—clubs, professors, student centers—where interested students gather.
• Gather feedback from students about their needs, sought opportunities, and potential platform improvements.
• Participate in monthly meetings with the Nodi team and other ambassadors to exchange progress, obtain support, and coordinate initiatives.
