Role Overview: University Ambassador
A University Ambassador at Nodi serves as the platform's representative on campus, bringing awareness and building a community of talent focused on professional opportunities. Beyond merely sharing links, this role involves helping fellow students discover tools that improve professional profiles and connect with companies seeking talent. This position also provides valuable career acceleration, including direct access to founders and recruiters, a verifiable credential for your resume, and leadership experience managing a project end to end.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled university student, preferably in technology, engineering, sciences, business, or related fields.
- Interest in startups, technology, innovation, and insight into how future companies are developed.
- Highly proactive, capable of identifying and acting on opportunities independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build communities within the university.
- Motivated to assist peers in finding better professional pathways.
- Effective communication skills and an active presence in social networks, student groups, or university communities.
No prior experience or large followings are required; enthusiasm and initiative are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Host at least one activation per semester at your university, such as workshops, talks, student events, collaborations with clubs, or partnerships with student organizations to introduce Nodi.
- Promote Nodi's opportunities and content by distributing provided materials through social media, university groups, and relevant communities.
- Assist students in creating complete profiles on Nodi and discovering career opportunities aligned with their goals.
- Identify and engage with key campus groups including clubs, faculty, student centers, and spaces attracting students interested in technology and professional development.
- Collect and relay student feedback regarding their needs, desired opportunities, and ways to enhance the Nodi experience.
- Participate monthly in meetings with the Nodi team and other ambassadors to share progress, receive support, and plan new initiatives.
