The University Ambassador represents Nodi within their university community by introducing the platform and building a network of talent around new professional opportunities. This role is more than just sharing a link; it involves educating peers on tools that help discover opportunities, enhance professional profiles, and connect with hiring companies. The ambassador gains direct access to founders and recruiters, earns a verifiable credential for their CV, and leads a project from start to finish.

- Interest in startups, technology, innovation, and understanding the future of enterprise development.
- Highly proactive, taking initiative and executing ideas independently.
- Skilled at connecting with people and building communities on campus.
- Driven to assist fellow students in finding improved career opportunities.
- Good communication skills with presence in social networks, student groups, or university communities.
Note: Prior popularity or previous experience is not mandatory—energy, initiative, and willingness to act are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize a minimum of one activation event per semester on campus, such as workshops, talks, student events, collaborations with clubs, or partnerships with student organizations to increase Nodi's visibility.
- Distribute Nodi’s opportunities and content through university groups, social media, and relevant communities.
- Facilitate student engagement by helping them create profiles on Nodi and discover career-relevant opportunities.
- Identify and connect with important campus communities, including clubs, professors, student centers, and interest groups in technology and innovation.
- Gather student feedback to understand their needs, desired opportunities, and ways to improve the Nodi experience.
- Participate in monthly meetings with Nodi’s team and fellow ambassadors to share progress, receive support, and coordinate initiatives.
Incentives and Benefits
- Monetary rewards based on the number of fully completed candidate profiles referred through the ambassador’s unique link.
- Exclusive access to Nodi founders and recruiters for mentorship, office hours, and valuable networking.
- Verifiable "Embajador Nodi" credential and digital badge for LinkedIn profiles.
- Recommendation letters signed by Nodi’s team awarded to top ambassadors.
- Priority treatment for the ambassador’s profile and community on the platform.
- Real leadership and marketing experience managing the Nodi community at their university—enhancing CV value.
- Membership in a private community with other ambassadors and the Nodi team.
