Job description
Job Overview
This role specializes in UKG Pro/Kronos systems, primarily focusing on timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, rostering, labor forecasting, and analytics functionalities. Candidates will work with various Kronos modules including Dimensions and develop workflows and interfaces, ensuring smooth application management and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement features related to Dimensions Timekeeper, Attendance, Scheduling, Rostering, and Labor Forecasting.
- Maintain business structure and manage releases, alongside handling HyperFind queries and Workforce Genies.
- Configure calendars, Data Access Control mechanisms, workflow notifications, and navigators within Kronos.
- Develop and troubleshoot API integrations and interfaces using Dell Boomi Platform.
- Oversee Kronos Clocks from the perspective of application management.
- Create and maintain custom Kronos reports to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Production and Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Kronos system functionalities and workflows.
- Experience with API integrations, especially using Dell Boomi is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
