Professional Summary
The role involves managing daily office operations at the Hyderabad Kukatpally head office and driving business franchise growth across India. As a commission-only position, earnings are performance-based and unlimited, with top performers earning upwards of ₹80,000 monthly. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration including scheduling, client coordination, documentation, and daily operations at the Hyderabad head office.
- Lead business franchise development nationwide by identifying, pitching, and recruiting partners/franchisees in major cities.
- Generate business in core verticals such as HR recruitment/staffing, web development, CRM integration, digital marketing, media consultancy, legal services (income tax, GST), accounts and taxation, and government subsidy loans.
- Conduct outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp Business, and networking to prospect clients, close deals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Track leads, conversions, and revenues using CRM tools and provide weekly reports to head office.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on recruitment, digital marketing, and compliance projects.
- Innovate processes for both rural and urban expansion using AI tools and digital platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any graduate or equivalent (including Intermediate, BA, BSc, B.Com, MA, M.Com, MSc, Law Students, BBA, or CA-intermediate preferred).
- Strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication skills in English plus Telugu or Hindi.
- Proficiency in business promotions, negotiation, basic MS Office, and CRM usage; knowledge of digital marketing or HR software beneficial.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only compensation model.
- Based in Hyderabad Kukatpally with readiness to operate locally; must have own laptop/smartphone and reliable transportation.

- Commission-based earnings ranging from INR 0 to 50,000+ monthly, uncapped depending on deal closures including franchise fees, recruitment, and service contracts.
