Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst reporting directly to the Head of Global TA Operations & Enablement, your core responsibilities will include optimizing Talent Acquisition technologies, processes, and workflows to deliver an outstanding hiring experience. This position requires supporting TA systems, resolving operational issues, and collaborating across teams including recruiters, coordinators, and external vendors to maintain smooth operations. Your contributions will involve leading impactful initiatives on process enhancements, system upgrades, AI-driven recruiting tools, and scalable solutions, alongside developing enablement materials and leveraging operational insights to enhance our global recruiting ecosystem continually.

About the Team

The Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement group functions as the backbone of our recruiting framework, tasked with the strategy, technology, and operational excellence to scale hiring globally. Key responsibilities include managing TA systems and vendor partnerships, enforcing governance and documentation of processes, overseeing interview logistics, delivering training and enablement programs, and steering reporting and analytics. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and external stakeholders drives the standardization and continuous improvement necessary for a seamless experience for all recruiting participants worldwide.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
  • Hands-on involvement in TA Operations initiatives such as process improvements, system implementations, or workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency in Workday ATS system support, managing workflows, and troubleshooting within TA Operations settings.
  • Strong capability in diagnosing technical and procedural issues within a dynamic talent acquisition environment.
  • Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and release coordination activities.
  • Excellent documentation proficiency and skills in process mapping.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to convert data insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to work hours aligned with North American time zones, including overlap with Eastern Time (ET).

Working Model

The position follows a well-structured hybrid approach combining office presence and remote working flexibility as appropriate for the role, currently designated as remote.
