About the Role
The Senior Human Resources Executive will act as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with leadership and the HR Manager to enhance organizational performance, manage talent acquisition, oversee performance evaluation processes, drive employee engagement, and support succession and talent development planning. This role entails managing recruitment cycles end-to-end, facilitating Management by Objectives (MBO), performance reviews, and supporting workforce planning efforts. The incumbent will also provide operational support and HR advisory services, ensuring alignment with business goals and people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of MBO cycles including Beginning, Mid, and End-Term reviews across Shared Services Center departments in partnership with Hiring Managers.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure effective goal setting, performance calibrations, and discussions with Heads of Departments.
- Track and ensure timely and quality completion of performance reviews, assisting in performance improvement and developmental planning.
- Maintain fairness and consistency in performance management and provide insightful analysis on performance trends and talent-related risks.
- Support and follow up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs), participate in talent identification, succession planning, and monitor talent pools including high-potential employees.
- Assist in promotion and career development assessments.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for HQ roles at Assistant Manager level and below, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding facilitation.
- Contribute to quarterly workforce planning sessions and reviews.
- Lead HR clinics and regular employee engagement sessions to address employee relations issues, provide guidance, and support disciplinary or performance-related cases.
- Recommend initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Handle HR operational workflows such as confirmations, transfers, resignations, and staffing changes, while monitoring leave and attendance compliance.
- Conduct audits related to workforce attendance and ensure all HR records, documentation, and reports are accurate and up to date.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least three years of experience in generalist HR roles or as an HR Business Partner.
- Proficiency in managing performance review processes, MBO cycles, employee relations, and talent management functions.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes.
- Analytical capability to understand workforce trends and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, is an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges from 5700 to 6200 SGD monthly.
