Role Overview
We are seeking energetic recruitment professionals for our award-winning Ahmedabad team, specializing in UK out-of-hours (OOH) recruitment across non-healthcare sectors. This position involves managing bulk hiring for urgent and ongoing staffing needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage large pools of candidates—including both active and passive talent—for roles such as warehouse operatives, drivers, hospitality staff, retail associates, customer service agents, cleaning, facilities, and general labor roles.
- Oversee fast-paced, out-of-hours recruitment activities including scheduling availability checks, conducting candidate calls, shortlisting, confirming shifts, updating rotas, and managing client communications related to cancellations and staffing adjustments.
- Conduct comprehensive suitability and compliance assessments to ensure candidates meet role requirements including location, experience, availability, right to work, shift preferences, and client-specific criteria.
- Maintain productive relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal teams, using ATS, CRM, VMS, or rota systems to accurately document shift bookings, availability, pipeline status, and recruitment activity.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-volume recruitment, shift booking, or staffing within fast-paced, service-oriented environments such as logistics, warehousing, industrial, hospitality, retail, or customer service sectors.
- Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn UK temporary staffing and out-of-hours recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task under time-sensitive conditions while managing multiple stakeholders and urgent vacancies.
- Availability to work flexible out-of-hours shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, public holidays, and seasonal peaks as required.
What We Offer
- In-depth exposure to UK non-healthcare OOH recruitment across diverse sectors including logistics, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and facilities management.
- Structured shift-based work environment with robust team support and clear operational processes.
- Hands-on mentorship, comprehensive training, and defined career progression towards becoming a specialist in UK OOH bulk recruitment.
- Work culture recognized as a Great Place to Work®, focusing on health benefits, vibrant work energy, and sustained professional growth.
