Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Travel Voice Executives to join our international travel process team based in Gurugram. This role involves handling international travel-related customer interactions and requires expertise in Global Distribution Systems, specifically Amadeus.

Eligibility

• Applicants who are graduates or undergraduates can apply.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a travel process is essential.
• Proficiency with GDS/Amadeus is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing and re-issuing flight tickets.
• Validating tickets accurately.
• Managing cancellations.
• Processing refunds efficiently.
• Providing customer support related to travel inquiries.
• Utilizing GDS tools with an emphasis on Amadeus.
