Role overview
This position is for an experienced travel professional who will support small and medium business clients as their main travel contact. The role is fully remote and follows Western Australian business hours, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Key duties
- Manage and expand a portfolio of SME clients while serving as their trusted travel advisor and primary contact.
- Develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across each client account.
- Coordinate complete corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car rentals, and ground transport using Sabre GDS.
- Support client retention, portfolio growth, and profitability through proactive service and account management.
- Process complex fares, itineraries, and ticket exchanges with accuracy and speed.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure a consistently high-quality client experience.
Candidate profile
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of GDS systems, with Sabre preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and listening abilities.
- High attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven effectiveness in a collaborative team setting.
- Commercial awareness with a strong focus on sales and service performance.
