Job description
Job Purpose
The primary goal for this role is to meet assigned sales revenue, margin, and passenger targets set by the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create travel itineraries including twin or multi-destination trips, or utilize predefined product packages to meet sales objectives.
- Upsell additional services such as flights, accommodations, meal plans, multi-center trips, excursions, fixed tours, and customized travel packages.
- Execute sales-related tasks assigned by Team Leaders, including handling reports and other duties as needed.
- Manage and respond to all incoming Salesforce sales correspondence promptly, ensuring compliance with set service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of both airline and non-air travel products offered by the company, including destination requirements, product updates, and local tours and excursions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to uphold brand standards, foster repeat business, and deliver exceptional customer service to meet all performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that support brand loyalty and the development of a direct customer database.
- Collaborate skillfully with various third-party suppliers to address customer needs.
- Respond adeptly to unexpected challenges like force majeure events or cancellations before or after departures.
- Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic sales environment efficiently.

Applicants should have strong sales abilities, particularly in upselling travel-related services and handling sales communications. The role demands high customer service standards, adaptability to crisis events, and proficiency in managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must have completed at least 12 months in their current position; those transferred laterally can apply anytime.
- Must have legal authorization to live and work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship will not be provided by the employer.
